現在由Jacques Boissenot擔任顧問的酒莊之中,很多都是質素數一數二的明星酒莊.如Chateau Beychevelle,Chateau Lafite Rothschild,Chateau Cos d'Estournel,Chateau Leoville-Barton ,Chateau Palmer , Chateau Latour ,Chateau Mouton Rothschild.只是聽到以上的酒莊名字,大家就知道這位是什麼級數的"穩世高人".最近Jacques Boissenot獲得Decanter雜誌"年度最佳釀酒師"的大獎.
現在除了Jacques Boissenot的名字外,還會看到J&E Boissenot的出現,E for Eric.就是他的兒子.以下是他們當顧問或釀酒師的酒莊.
